At Autoverse, we ship from our Sharjah warehouse to customers across the UAE, the GCC, and selected international destinations. Every order is inspected before dispatch and securely packaged for transit.
UAE delivery
For orders placed before 1:00 PM (UAE time) on a working day, with all items in stock, we deliver to any emirate in the UAE the next working day. This applies to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
Dispatch schedule
Orders are dispatched on the following days:
- Monday to Thursday: orders received before 1:00 PM ship the same day
- Friday: orders received before 12:00 PM ship the same morning. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday are dispatched the next working day (Monday).
- Saturday and Sunday: no dispatch. Orders placed during these days are processed and dispatched on Monday.
Delivery is by third-party courier; available delivery days vary by destination and courier.
UAE shipping rates
Shipping is charged based on the size of your order:
- Small parts that fit in a standard vehicle: 35 AED flat rate
- Larger parts that require a pickup truck: 90 – 300 AED, depending on size and weight
The exact rate is shown at checkout once your order is ready for review. For unusually large or heavy orders, our team may contact you to confirm logistics and final rate before dispatch.
Same-day delivery (UAE)
For urgent orders, we offer same-day delivery on request, subject to:
- Item availability in our Sharjah warehouse
- Order placed before 12:00 PM on a working day
- Delivery emirate (Sharjah and Dubai are fastest; other emirates depend on courier availability)
- Additional charges based on shipment size and destination, quoted before dispatch

Customer pickup from Sharjah warehouse
For customers who prefer to collect their order in person, in-stock items can be picked up from our Sharjah warehouse during business hours:
- Mon – Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: closed

Backorders and forward orders
When an item is not currently in stock, we treat the order as a backorder or forward order. The following terms apply:
- All backorders and forward delivery options are quoted individually. Lead time will be confirmed in your quote before you commit to the order.
- Standard backorder lead time is 1 to 2 weeks from order confirmation, depending on supply availability from the source. Some parts may take longer; the quote will state the expected timeline for your specific order.
- Unforeseen delays — including weather disruptions, flight delays, and customs processing — may extend lead times. Where this happens, we notify you proactively.
- Payment terms on all backorders and forward orders are 100% in advance.
- Backordered and forward-order parts are not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange once the order is confirmed.

GCC delivery
We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. GCC orders are sent via international courier and typically arrive within 3 to 7 working days depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping rates for GCC orders are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable in the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient.
International delivery
Selected countries in Africa and beyond are available at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 working days depending on destination.
For destinations not listed at checkout, please contact us at sales@autoverse.ae with your shipping address and order details for a custom quote.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also contact us at support@autoverse.ae for an order status update.
If something goes wrong with your delivery
In the rare case that a delivery is delayed, damaged, or doesn’t arrive, contact us immediately at support@autoverse.ae with your order number and a description of the issue. We work directly with our couriers to resolve the problem and keep you informed throughout.
If your package shows visible external damage on arrival, please photograph the packaging before opening it and retain all materials. This helps us resolve the case quickly. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
